Responding to BEC-TV Invites

Once you're registered with us you'll start getting invites for productions.

Check out these tips on responding to these invites

-- There will be two times in the title of the invitation. (Like "5:00/7:00 PM") 

The first time is Crew Call (when you should arrive). The second is when the event itself starts.  

-- The comments section includes when and where to meet, how to dress, what to bring, our best guess on end time, and any other important details.

-- Please respond to EVERY invitation by clicking yes or no in the RSVP section. 

(You can do an email response if you have questions. Otherwise just CLICK your answer).

-- You should also be able to put notes with your answer (Like "Can't arrive till 5:45 due to track practice")

-- If there are multiple shoots at the same time (this often happens) and you don't have a preference, you can say "Yes" to all you're OK doing. We'll let you know where we most need you. We love it when you do this!

-- Plan Ahead! Remember that while invites often don't come out till a couple days before an event, many of our shoots are on our calendar months in advance. 

-- Have to change an answer from No to Yes (or the other way?) You can just re-respond with your changed answer. Sooner is better, though. We often can't check for changes within a few hours of crew-call.  (For changes close to shoot time, please both change your response AND call us so we're sure to get it)

-- Please always keep your adults informed well in advance of your plans to be sure they are on board.

-- Need a ride, need to come late, leave early etc? Let us know in the notes. We'll connect with you to discuss what's do-able.
