With Kami, students can highlight, underline, and strikethrough text in PDF and other document formats. Students can also add text boxes, shapes, and images. Kami works with Google Drive and Canvas.
Kami can be used in all content areas as a way to have students interact with digital texts, show what they know and might help to build the following digital learning competencies, as described in BSD's Technology Scope & Sequence. Students can also use the text to speech feature to have pdfs read to them.
For more videos, check out Kami's YouTube Channel.
Teachers can use this tool to create content for students. This tool is a part of a suite of tools that can be used to help in Universal Design, informational Design, as well as thinking about accessibility for all students.
