Unite for Literacy is about leveraging all the student’s languages to meaningfully access text and acquire language. 

Unite for Literacy may be used during independent reading. It may be especially helpful for students who are recent arrivers and at the beginning stages of learning English.  

• Staff can access this tool in Clever.

• Use the buttons in the top left to select English/Spanish for the books & narration in another language (if desired)
