Teen Link works to provide mental health resources for teens in Washington State, and we are perhaps best known for our anonymous and confidential peer help line, which is for teens by teens. We are a branch of Crisis Connections,

TEEN LINE was created in 1980 by a group of mental health professionals who, through their personal work with teenagers, realized that a more inclusive approach to adolescent mental health was needed. After extensive research and consultation, TEEN LINE – a teen-to-teen hotline with community outreach services – was born.

Planned Parenthood is one of the nation’s leading providers of high-quality, affordable health care, and the nation’s largest provider of sex education. With or without insurance, you can always come to us for your health care.

Common Goodness is in the process of building a Youth Advisory Board. I'm hoping to build a team of LGBTQ+ youth ages 13-24 who want to practice self-advocacy, leadership, and potentially public speaking skills. We will meet every other month and youth will receive a small stipend for their expertise. No experience necessary!

"Trevor provides valuable resources to young people nationwide who may not have anywhere else to turn to for help. That's why their work is so incredible—thanks to Trevor's programs, LGBTQ youth are not alone."

OK2TALK is a community where teens and young adults struggling with mental health conditions can find a safe place to talk about what they’re experiencing by sharing their personal stories of recovery, tragedy, struggle or hope. Anyone can add their voice by sharing stories, poems, inspirational quotes, photos, videos, song lyrics and messages of support in a safe, moderated space. We hope this is the first step towards helping you get the support you need to feel better.

ParentTeen Connect is designed by social-emotional learning experts as an at-home, family-engagement resource. This online experience is loaded with videos, resources, and useful advice to help teens and the adults in their lives address hot-button topics. The site complements the Second Step® Middle School Program both as a stand-alone parent resource and in connection with Middle School Program classroom activities. https://www.parenteenconnect.org/

“What is Cyberbullying?” is one of the most frequent questions we are asked because many know what it is when it happens, but have trouble wrapping succinct descriptive words around it. Formally, we define it as “willful and repeated harm inflicted through the use of computers, cell phones, and other electronic devices”

What you can do is learn the correct Cyber Etiquette so you don't harm others unintentionally.

The Hotline provides lifesaving tools and immediate support to empower victims and survivors to find safety and live free of abuse

The stance of the emerging neurodiversity movement is that the traits the autistic community has in common, and that differ from the majority of the population, are a natural variant of our species. The neurodiversity view of the DSM criteria is that the noted observable differences largely outcomes of the need to cope with overwhelming social and sensory experiences. For example, preferences for routine and time alone are likely coping strategies to manage stress generated by an intolerant society and social environment not built for inclusivity.
