What is the difference between an Official and an Unofficial Transcript?
Both the official and the unofficial transcript contain the same information about a student’s academic record: a chronological list of classes, grades, and credits.
Only an official transcript includes the Registrar’s signature, the school seal, and the date it was issued. An official transcript is delivered in a sealed envelope which should not be opened by anyone except the addressee. It is a legal document.
OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT: submitted to your college/university and your are currently enrolled as a B-EHS.
An unofficial transcript is the student’s academic record without signature, seal, date, or sealed envelope. A student may obtain an unofficial transcript by following the same procedure as for requesting an official transcript.
UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT: used for personal records, to submit to insurance, or scholarships.
Students who previously attended or graduated from B-EHS can request transcripts using this Google Form.
