Animal Head
I chose to do a dragon for my animal head project. I feel that the contrasting colors really make this entire sculpture pop, and I’m very happy with the outcome. He is somewhat inspired by the dragon named Trash that is on the album cover for Twenty Ă˜ne Piløts’ most recent album, Scaled and Icy.
Mixed Media Self Portrait
The words in the background are positive and negative traits about myself. Positive is in color and negative is in black and white. I did my face in the center raised. I painted my face in black and white and used glitter to outline my hair and add detail.
Abstract Portrait
Inspired by the Cubism Art Movement created by artists Pablo Picasso and Georges Braque, this Abstract Portrait was created with a colorful Zentangle background and a painted soda can.

Pinch Pot Trio
Mixed Media Collage
This mixed media work was inspired by the blown glass "Macchia" by artist Dale Chihuly. The prints and glass were created with a coffee filter and markers.
Symmetrical Heart
Inspired by the work of artist Jim Dine, this symmetrical heart project was created using acrylic paint and oil pastel. Warm and cool colors were used to create a contrasting color scheme.
Coil Vessel
The coil vessel I created was a jungle theme. I made the coils and painted them all different greens. Then I left a space in the middle of my vessel to put the panda. The panda sits there with a pice of bamboo in it’s arms.
Printmaking
Coil Vessel
My coil vessel has three types of coils and is colored with two types of green, and a black glaze.

Pinch Pot Trio
For the pinch pot trio project I went with a fruit design. I chose this design because I love how unique and different fruits are. I also really wanted to make something bright, so the fruit theme was very fitting for this. I love all the colors I used and I am very happy with the overall outcome of this project.
