"As one of my last projects of the year where I used mostly neutrals, I decided to paint the base of this vase very bright peachy tones to accent the roses and dark green leaves to stray from my usual work and experiment with new styles."

Ben wins this award for volunteering in Studio #4 to help reorganize the glaze station and double the silkscreening station. He did many other things to help Mrs. J this past semester and we are grateful for his contributions.
Special Thanks to the following volunteers who've gone above and beyond to help clean the room this semester:

"I personally love this project the most out of all my projects this semester because it was not only fun making it but learning about it was amazing. The reason I picked the Sasquatch is because it means honesty. For me honesty can go a long way because that's how most people gain my trust and respect. That's why I loved this project."

"In creating this piece I made a variety of different shapes and used slip to make them all stay together. Then I placed them in an oval shape around the base. After I was done building, I used a low fire glaze and covered each layer. In this piece, I used 5 colors. I used, maroon, dark blue, light blue, yellow, and purple. "
