My first prototype was constructed out of all cardboard and, as you can see, was very bulky. My next steps was making the Arduino take up less space, as well as switch the buttons from horizontal to vertical
In my final prototype, you can see the Arduino and dispensing mechanism took up a lot less space compared to my first prototype. I also switched the orientation of the buttons to fit within the curvature of the inside of the flower pot
Step 1: This was how I wanted my final project to look like, using a white flower pot and a spherical pitcher used for drinks.
Step 2: The image above shows me drilling holes in the bottom of the flower pot to allow the pitcher to sit nicely on top.
Step 3: For this next step, you can see the places where I drilled so the bowl can sit perfectly on top. I also replaced the pitcher with a fishbowl.
Step 4: The final step displays my final product, with all the buttons put in place and everything painted with flowers and butterflies.
