This module evaluates earthquake needs by plotting the horizontal distance along a project against the algebraic sum of the accumulates earthwork along the project/ mass diagramming.

Unfortunately, the topics present here will not be covered due to the unavailability of time that is caused by the pandemic and also the result brought by the different suspension of classes such as catastrophes.
