After a joy-filled Thanksgiving, we are all more aware of what we have to be thankful for such as friends, family, shelter, amazing jobs, and SEESAW! If creating an activity portal for you to search and create your own class activities wasn't enough...now you can SHARE! Start by creating an activity in Seesaw, and then follow the directions on this link to share with other teachers! Please let me, as always, if there is anything I can help with.
Number pieces is a free app that you can get on iPads or Chromebooks. This app/website allows students to use math manipulatives to make a picture describing their thinking.
From there they can take a screenshot and import it into Seesaw to do a voice over or drawing with their math manipulatives.
This a great tool for younger students or students who need a little more support to help them work through their math thinking.

Saving things to your desktop and even using Sticky Notes is risky business! In the event of a computer crash or getting a new computer, all of the desktop items and Sticky Notes are gone. Good news! Google has an answer for that.
Instead of saving directly to your desktop, save to your Google Drive what follows you everywhere that you have internet (BONUS: also has unlimited storage)! To quickly access these files, you can make shortcuts to your drive files on your desktop.
Instead of Sticky Notes, Google Keep is a great way to keep yourself organized with lists! Go to www.keep.google.com. You can make a checklist, scribble notes, add pictures and links as well as type whole paragraphs or drawings! Keep the tab open during the day and add what you need. This tool is also a great way for students in which to keep their research notes and citations. They can then drag the notes into Google Slides if they use it for their project.
