Since March I have continued exploring the theme of the human mind and wherever this may take me. This has caused me to discover new styles of photography that will effectively emulate the topic of each shoot. For instance I found a new interest in photomontage when doing a study on eclective identity. My photography has covered themes of depression and anxiety as well as dreams, self perception and intrusive thoughts, which I was able to make films on. My interest in film and film-makers such as Ingmar Bergman has allowed me to explore the mind in a deeper fashion. This topic gave me a lot of creative freedom which helped to propel my ideas into play.
