My intention for this collection of photos was to create a theme of isolation and thought. At the centre of many of the images there is a figure; often pensive while conveying desires or a sense of reflection on the past. As a result of this there is a theme of introspection. In many cases someone is looking beyond the frame, I did this to reflect isolation and provoke questions. In other photos the viewer is presented with a more empty and silent landscape or room, there is always an underlying sombre tone or suggestion of what once was.
