With my drive being the exploration of how we develop, my work looks at the adaptations that we have had to make to our lives during COVID-19. Our reliance on technology has excessively increased through this period of time, and I explore the hardships of online communication and how it can differ from the real world. With this difficulty to detach ourselves from our devices, with escapism from the uncertainty of our future is harder than ever. By visually conveying these ideas in both film and photography I am able to scrutinise both big and small ways our lives have changed whilst exploring both the positives and negatives.
