K-5th Grades:

• Preferred inhalers are stored in the Health Office

• This consent form must be completed

• Please do not put an inhaler in your child backpack and not tell the school. If your child were to need it and are unable to get to their backpack on their own, no one will know to look for it.

6th-12th Grades:

• If you would like your student to carry their medication on their person, please get in touch with the nurse.

• Please do not send an inhaler with your child and not mention it to any school staff. If your student were to need it and not be around their backpack/locker, staff will not know to look for it.
