No new forms needed this year. Unless forms are missing from Kindergarten or your child is enrolling for the first time (see KDG list).
It is still recommended you schedule a yearly well child visit.
It is good practice to turn in a new signed Immunization Certificate every time your child receives a new shot.
If your child was up to date on their shots last year, they are good again this year.
If your child has an immunization exemption form on file, these do not expire.

Hearing Screenings are completed each fall on all 1st graders by the AEA.
Students are automatically screened unless the parent/guardian submits a note asking the student to be excused from the screening.

Bike Rodeo
Bike Rodeo
Each spring, a bike rodeo is planned for all 1st graders.
The class will spend approximately 1 hour outside with Safe Route to School volunteers learning bike and pedestrian safety and practicing bike skills.
A letter will go home closer to the event with more details and will include a permission form to be signed and turned back into your child's teacher.
Your child may bring their bike or scooter and a helmet (required) to use the day off. Other things you may want to pack for your child for that day: water bottle, sun screen, and a light jacket/sweatshirt.
They should wear closed-toe shoes that day.
