Students who do not have the proper documentation (proof of immunizations or exemption) on file prior to Thanksgiving Break will not be allowed to return to school until documentation is turned in. All missed days will be unexcused.
Students who do not have the proper documentation (proof of immunizations or exemption) on file prior to Thanksgiving Break will not be allowed to return to school until documentation is turned in. All missed days will be unexcused.
A new Immunization Certificate** showing your child has received both a TDap and Meningococcal vaccinations before enrollment is required. If your child has an exemption form on file, these do not expire.
**Last year, we ran into doctor's offices' computer charting systems, not 'talking' with the state immunization registry, which made it look like students were missing vaccines when they did get them. If a reminder is sent out that your child is missing a vaccine but you are certain they got it, please contact your doctor's office; they will have to manually enter it into the State Registry. Once this is done, have them fax the new Immunization Certificate to the school.
