Description:

This is a course for 11th and 12th grade students. A common answer given by professional mathematicians when describing their subject is that Mathematics is beautiful and that it is everywhere! The topics covered in this course include fractals and chaos, recursion, Feigenbaum’s number, the golden section, Fibonacci numbers, elementary topology, prime numbers, types of infinity, the fourth dimension and the theory of special relativity, probability and large data.
