Notes:
Explicit derivation: used to find the derivative of an explicit function, where y=3x+5, meaning y is clearly defined in terms of x. For y=3x+5, dy/dx=3.
Implicit derivation: used to find the derivative of an implicitly defined function, where the function is defined in terms of x and y (x and y are intermixed).
Example:
2) Watch and Note "Implicit Differentiation" video up to 24:30.
3) Complete the attached pre-quiz and submit work in Google Classrom. Since the answers are given, work must be shown to get the full pre-quiz grade.
