Your organization will be created different clients for different Florida ORI (Originating Agency Identifier) numbers.
Clearing house (I.E. AHCA, DCF, DOEA)
When providers screen an individual through the Clearinghouse, the system retains the person’s fingerprints, allowing the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) to notify the State agency if the person is arrested subsequent to their screening
Non-clearing house (I.E. FL920010Z )
On your desktop, launch the ABLE-X application by clicking on the software icon
Enter your username, password, and click "Login"
Your Livescan device will be pre-poplulated
Select your fingerprint location. In most cases, there is only one location to select, unless you are a traveling technician
Card Scan: "No", in most cases (Unless you are capturing FD-258 cards) (Pre selected)
Click "Tech Wizard" to advance to next step
Is this an IDPH client? Always select "No" (pre selected)
You can select the client by
Entering the ORI or Client Name in the Client field
After typing a few letters the field will begin to auto fill if you press enter on keyboard
Confirm the correct client and wait for the Billing screen to appear
As a customer of Accurate Biometrics, you will always select "To Be Billed" (pre selected )
AB will send you an monthly invoice for the qty of prints processed

Middle Name (Not Required)
Name Validation
Format must include one comma after last name (This is built in)
30 Character limit
Surname, followed by a comma and space, first name or initial, space, middle name or initial, space, followed by additional names or suffix.a hyphen, (e.g. Smith Jones become Smith-Jones) OR conjoined (e.g. De La Rossa becomes DeLaRossa).
Birthdate - 8 digits (YYYYMMDD) ie 19800904
Sex - Select from dropdown
Eye Color - Select from dropdown
Place of Birth
This is either a USA state code ie IL or MD if born in the USA
or
This is a country code if born outside the USA

SSN - Only digits, no dashes. You must re-enter to confirm. Use 222-22-2222 or 123-12-1234 if no SSN provided
Height - 3 digits starting with the feet length and then inches ie 411
Weight - 3 digits, ie 185
Hair Color - Select from dropdown
Have the applicant confirm all information.
Mistakes and typos can result in a delay in processing
Click "Submit" when ready
It is mandatory that the applicants provide consent to capture their biometrics and must be provided our consent language prior to capturing fingerprints. Local laws vary.
Provide the applicant with AB supplied consent language
Confirm consent obligations at the bottom of the screen
Click "Capture"
Have the applicant sign using the signature pad
Click "Accept"
Click "Start"
Follow the on screen prompts to capture flats and rolls

Center the applicant in front of the webcam with a plain background with only the shoulders and head showing.
Click "Accept"
NOTE: Applicants are not allowed to wear hats or glasses for a photo. Hats or scarves that are used for religious purposes are allowed.
Save to pick back up at a later time
Submit to send the prints to Accurate Biometrics

Once the application has been submitted, Adobe Reader will open a PDF receipt
The receipt will include their TCN and other important information for future use.
Transactions are not complete until you connect your VPN and synchronize. If this step is skipped, the transaction will not fully process. It is recommended to connect your VPN and sync by the end of the day, twice a day (lunch time and at end of day), or after every application depending on your print volume.
Please note. Once you sync your system, edits can no longer be made to the applicants data.
