Open the top front panel to access the toner and drum components 

To remove the toner cartridge, pull the first green handle 

To remove the printer drum, pull the second green handle behind the toner cartridge 

When handling the drum cartridge, be careful not to scratch the drum. If you need to put down the cartridge, place it upside down, with the blue drum facing up. The drum is easily scratched or damaged.  

If replacing or installing a toner cartridge or  drum, make sure you remove the red fasteners and protective covers
