ABLE-X Re-Print Tab
In ABLE-X, after signing in and selecting your LSID/Location, a tab named "Applicant Edit" is available
Purpose: the re-print tab is designed for when an applicant returns with a fingerprint quality rejection notification.
Reason:
Go to the "Applicant Edit" tab
In the Applicant TCN - Name field, enter the TCN previously assigned to the applicant.
This number should be referenced in the notification.
ABLE-X hold the applicant's row of data for 45 days, the TCN can be select from the drop down to prepopulate demographics.
Select from the Sent to FBI dropdown
Yes = Both State and FBI rejected
No = Only State rejected
Only = Only FBI rejected
Click "Load Applicant for Reprint"
Fill in the client section based on your software guide:
Fill in the demographic section base on your software guide
Confirm and click "Update"
VPN and Sync
The changes made are not transmitted to Accurate Biometrics until you connect your VPN and Sync ABLE-X

You found a mistake shortly after synchronizing and want to stop a transaction from processing with improper data
You made a mistake and want to start over with a new application
You have an incomplete application that you do not want to be billed for
You must synchronize the system for a held transaction to apply. Accurate biometrics is not aware of any changes made in Applicant Edit until you sync.
If you wait too long to hold a transaction and the application is already sent to the agency, holding a transaction will not stop the process and all fees will apply.
Go to the "Applicant Edit" tab
Select the checkbox of the applicant you want held
Click the "Hold From Submission" button

If you with to un-hold a transaction, click the "Queue for Submission" button

Use applicant edit to verify applications for correctness prior to syncing
Hold any incomplete transactions to avoid being billed for them
Hold any transactions that have mistakes and will fail processing if fully submitted
Sync only when you are sure application data is correct and complete.
Ensure you synchronize to apply any edits made in the applicant edit tab. Accurate Biometrics is not aware of any edits or held transactions until you sync.
Call customer support if you need changes to an application that is already synced and the edit button is no longer available
Ensure you hold transactions or call customer support in a timely manner. If an application is sent to an agency, changes can no longer be made and Accurate Biometrics is billed for the transaction.
