Angle the hand so that the pointer finger and little finger are even horizontally. This prevents these fingers from being cut off on the fingerprint card.
Ensure the longest finger is as close as you can get to the TOP of the imaging platform
Ensure the index finger is as close as you can get to the LEFT side of the imaging platform
