Elton Ogden will be in to provide an update on Highland Woods. The project is now complete and has met all of the milestones for payment by the Town. (See attached letter.)
I will be providing him a check for $2.2 million of the Town's commitment to the project. We will be paying the balance of $400,000 following our receipt of last reimbursement from MEMA.
