Cognitve Dissonance Theory

Cognitive dissonance theory was proposed by Festinger. It claims that if there are 2 conflicting recognition, dissonance will be converted to concord. This means that if a first impression says "This person is reliable", then that impression continues. Manners are important to create a reliable relationship.
