Application

To apply for Summer School with an early enrollment discount, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page and attach your CV (mandatory) and an extended abstract or a full paper (if you would like to present your research during the daily workshop) by May 31st, 2025. 
The Scientific Committee will review your application, and if selected, you will be notified by June 8th. 

The Scientific Committee has decided to extend the deadline for early bird registration until June 15th. See below for more information.

Registration

Students accepted to the school will be informed and must register by June 15th, 2025, to access the discount rates. Together with the registration, the registration fee needs to be paid. In the unfortunate event that you are no longer able to participate, please let us know as soon as possible.

Important dates (if you have applied by May 31st, 2025)

• Deadline for application to the Summer School and/or Presentation at the Workshop: May 31st, 2025

• Notification of acceptance: by June 8th, 2025

• Enrolment with discounted fee: by June 15th, 2025

• Deadline for application without discounted fee: by July 6th, 2025

EXTENDED DEADLINE (early bird)

• New Deadline for application: June 15th, 2025

• Notification of acceptance: by June 22th, 2025

• Enrolment with discounted fee: by June 29th, 2025
