Transitions: Great Start Conferences: Learners and families meet with their teacher prior to the start of the school year to ensure a smooth transition into 3rd grade and to establish strong connections between school and home

CARE: Learners will explore various ways that they can care for themselves and be introduced to a survey that they will fill out regularly as they reflect on their self-care and wellness
