All the GALE DATABASES have the option to translate the articles you find into French. If your search terms are in French you are more likely to get French sources in your results. Global Issues is a really good database for finding French sources.
In DIGITAL MAINE LIBRARY, Global Newsstream is also a great source for Francophone sources, including newspapers and magazines originally published in French.
