Member Services

Loch Haven, which celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2021, is a wonderful place to live! By becoming active in the Loch Haven Civic Association, you help keep our community vibrant now and for generations to come.

Loch Haven became a Special Community Benefit District in 2020. In the past, members paid voluntary dues to belong to the LHCA. Now, each Loch Haven property is assessed a fee by Anne Arundel County and all property owners are eligible to vote on community issues. The County returns the fees to LHCA to be used to maintain and improve community property, and for related administrative and operating expenses, but we are not an HOA.

Voluntary contributions are welcome! We truly appreciate your generosity. These provide support for social activities and children's activities, such as the Easter Egg Hunt, Santa’s Visit, Halloween Parade, Oktoberfest, and more. Voluntary contributions designated specifically for the beach restoration project in 2020 were critical to the success of this project.
