NRS Table 9

Release 2024.7.0

Per the NRS, an update was made to Table 9 as part of Release 2023.7.0 on 7/12/2024.

1. The rows: 

• Attained a Secondary School Diploma/Recognized Equivalent and Enrolled in Postsecondary Education or Training within one year of exit

• Attained a Secondary School Diploma/Recognized Equivalent and Employed within one year of exit

Were combined into one row: 

Attained a Secondary School Diploma/Recognized Equivalent and Employed or Enrolled in Postsecondary Education or Training within one year of exit 

2. The row "Attained a Postsecondary Credential while enrolled or within one year of exit"  was renamed to "Attained a Recognized Postsecondary Credential while enrolled or within one year of exit."

This change affects Table 9 for the 23/24 FY going forward.  Table 9 for previous FYs were not changed.

NRS Table 9: Outcome Achievement for Participants in Integrated English Literacy and Civics Education

Table 9 is FY based and reports current FY MSGs, goals set/met in the current FY, and outcomes for exited NRS participants in the Integrated English Literacy and Civics Education (IELCE) secondary program

• The "Measurable Skill Gain" row counts ONLY current FY students with at least one PoP in the current FY.

• The outcome measures are a subset of Table 5 - exited students who count on the outcome measure rows on Table 9 also count on Table 5. 

• The goals section counts ONLY exited current FY students with at least one PoP who have the appropriate goals set/met in the current FY.  Goals are optional.
