NRS Table 4C

Release 2024.7.0

Per the NRS, an update was made to Table 4C as part of Release 2023.7.0 on 7/12/2024 to include rows for:

• Alternative ABE Placement

• Alternative ESL Placement 

This change affects Table 4C for the 23/24 FY going forward.  Table 4C for previous FYs was not changed. 

The alternative placement assessments were added in Release 2024.5.0 and ONLY display in clients who have opted in to use alternative placements.

NRS Table 4C:  Measurable Skills Gains by Entry Level for Participants in Distance Education

• Table 4C reports a subset of Table 4 for students who are Distance Learners.

• Students are considered Distance Learners if greater than 50% of a student’s total instructional hours in the current FY are distance learning hours. NOTE that some clients have designated specific hours type to count as Distance Learning, and the hours type may not include "distance learning." 

• All columns use the same rules and logic as Table 4, but are only populated with students who qualify as Distance Learning participants.

• Excluded students populate Table 4C, columns  B, C, and D.
