Parent-Athlete-Coach Meeting Materials
Head coaches are required to hold a Parent/Athlete/Coach meeting at the beginning of each season. Attendance is required for all coaches and coaches are to require attendance of their team members and strongly encourage the attendance of the parents or guardians of his/her squad members. At this meeting the head coach is responsible for reviewing information such as:
Introduction of assistant coaches
Introduction of team captains
Coaching philosophy and expectations
Lettering requirements
Attendance requirements/procedures
Locks and locker room (can check out with equipment managers)
Season schedule (where to find- www.metrowestconference.org)
Practice schedule (where to find) and cancellation procedures
Transportation policy
Complaint procedure
