Send an Object Instance to a Trading Partner with the Object Exchange

• • Access the portal that provides access to the object instance you wish to exchange with the external partner:

    • Portals can be accessed here: https://api.growthhq.net/bizverse/ui/index.html#/

    • Sign in to your Google account (in other words, the specific account that is linked to the workspace you wish to use with the selected portal).

    • Select the appropriate workspace you wish to use.

  • Access the particular workbook (the object type instance set), that presents the instance you want to send (e.g., if you want to send the details of a new product or service to a certain customer, you need to access the Offerings Catalog workbook in the Products & Services Offered workbench in the Product/Service Catalog Management portal).

  • With the relevant workbook and instance grid active, use the navigation and search facilities provided by the workbook interface to locate the specific item you wish the send to the external partner.

  • Double-click the instance row in the grid to open the edit form for that instance (you can also select the Edit tool by hovering over the down-arrow that is displayed to the left of each instance presented in the workbook grid).

  • Click the Object Exchange button that is displayed in the workbook toolbar (the icon with the three dots that are connected with two lines).

• • When the Send dialog is presented, select the relevant external partner from the Recipient Organization drop-down list (you may also add a message and or memo/comment in the fields provided - memos are not sent to the recipient).

  • Click the Proceed button (the button with the tick icon).
