Registration Procedure Overview

The Aggregated Procurement Management Platform utilizes the Bizverse PaaS (Platform as a Service), to provide the underlying platform for its application portal suite. This means you have to register a Bizverse Workspace for your organization. You also have to register anyone that will use the platform's portals as Bizverse users.

The Bizverse is a cloud-based collaboration platform that allows user enterprises to connect in hub-and-spoke-like networks. Each enterprise that registers with the Bizverse gets its own private and secured workspace - referred to as a Reposistory; it contains structured records of historical, current and projected facts and statements about its user enterprise. In other words, a digital storage container that allows authorized users to safely gather important information about their enterprise which can then be selectively shared with the enterprise's people, partners, customers and peers.

The Bizverse utilizes the OAuth protocol for third-party user authentication. This involves redirecting the user to the third-party authentication service; then, after authentication, the user is sent back with the required authorization to access the requested app (or not). It simply means that users can only log into the requested application portal if they have been authenticated by the designated external authentication service. The external party that is used as authenticator by the Bizverse is Google. This means that every user must also have a Google account. Both Bizverse registration and Google account registration are free (you can get a Google account when you create a free Gmail account; in other words, your Gmail email address is a Google account).

Registering with the Bizverse will provide your organization with its own online workspace as well as access to sophisticated Growthware

that will allow you to connect into the Demisize ecosystem and thus maximize the value of existing business relationships, and attract new opportunities for financing, contracts, discounts, distribution channels, and more. Your private Reposistory serves as your network node in the Bizverse, which allows you to connect with, and effectively engage, all the participants in your supply chain in hub-and-spoke-like networks.

To use the Demisize portals it is therefore necessary to (1) have a Google Account (click this link to obtain a Google account), (2) register a Bizverse Workspace/Reposistory for your organization, (3) register all the people that will be using the Demisize portals as Bizverse users, (4) join the appropriate Demisize community programme to be granted access to the Demisize Procurement Portals you require, (5) authorize the relevant Demisize procurement apps to connect with your organization's Bizverse Reposistory, (6) authorize certain individuals to be users of selected Demisize application portals, and (7) setup user pools for workflow purposes. Each individual user also (8) has to 'accept' (activate) the application-use-permissions that have been granted by the administrator.
