Platform Use Basics
All applications of the aggregated procurement platform make use of Google's authentication services. In order to use these applications, you must therefore be a registered Google user (in other words, you must have a Google account, which you get when you create a free Gmail account, or when you sign up for another Google offering such as G Suite). Must be Bizverse user
Must have Bizverse workspace.
To access the application portals provided by the platform, you have to sign in to Google. If you are not already signed in you can do so by clicking on the Sign In link that is provided in the menu bar at the top of the portal home page,
Once you are signed in you will be able to select a workspace and access the active application portals for the selected workspace from the menu. Note that on first use (and occasionally thereafter), you may be prompted by Google to grant permission for the applications to access certain information and services. Allow this access as this is important for the application to function correctly. Learn more...

Although you may have been granted access to a portal by an administrator it is still necessary for you to accept this access. This is done within the portal page itself by clicking on the gear icon that appears below your user name (your email address) that is displayed in the top right corner. In the pop-up window, click the button labeled My Portals & Applications. An application access console is displayed which lists the portals for which you have been granted access rights. To activate access to these applications tick the Accept checkbox for each required application option (to see and accept the available application options for a listed portal, click on the name of the particular portal).
