Accept and Add Supplier Catalog Items to the Master Procurement List
No OE exchange; have to be connected
Access the portal that provides access to the object instance you wish to exchange with the external partner:
Portals can be accessed here: https://api.growthhq.net/bizverse/ui/index.html#/
Sign in to your Google account (in other words, the specific account that is linked to the workspace you wish to use with the selected portal).
Select the appropriate workspace you wish to use.
Click utility tool OE particular workbook (the object type instance set), that presents the instance you want to send (e.g., if you want to send the details of a new product or service to a certain customer, you need to access the Offerings Catalog workbook in the Products & Services Offered workbench in the Product/Service Catalog Management portal).
Select aggregator catalog
Find items OE presents grid of Objects offered by connected external partners With the relevant workbook and instance grid active, use the navigation and search facilities provided by the workbook interface to locate the specific item you wish the send to the external partner.
To accept, click (tick) Double-click the instance row in the grid to open the edit form for that instance (you can also select the Edit tool by hovering over the down-arrow that is displayed to the left of each instance presented in the workbook grid).
