Bizverse Growthware Gatalog

This catalog presents the portfolio of Growthware items on offer by communities in the Bizverse. Growthware items can be obtained by joining the relevant community (in other words, by joining the community that offers the particular Growthware item which you require). Note that each community has its own criteria for membership, as well as terms and conditions which often include payment of a subscription fee.

Subscription to the Bizverse itself is free and open to any commercial enterprise - including not-for-profit establishments, clubs, associations and commonwealth foundations.

When you join the Bizverse you get a single Workspace for your organization and a set of online workbenches and tools that you can immediately start to use (a standard set of Growthware items are automatically installed when you join the Bizverse - these are listed below under the heading 'Enterprise Bizverse Portal').

Use the Bizverse Enterprise Explorer to:

• Manage your organization's online Workspace (administrators, users and user access rights)

• Record and maintain your organization's core biographical data

• Take snapshots of relevant strategic and operational information to add additional facets to the organization's profile, such as financials, assets, value propositions, people (including employment equity), the organization's governance framework, and more; use these snapshots to create a time-phased view of your organization's performance and improvement (and to identify obstacles and problem areas)

• Selectively publish Workspace content for specific audiences (e.g., policies and job specifications for employees; strategic portfolio and objectives for executives; performance objectives for managers, and so on)

• Exchange selected Workspace content with specific community partners (e.g., with your financial institution for finance purposes; with your financial advisor for advisory purposes; with your clients for compliance confirmation purposes, and so on)

• Join communities, obtain Growthware and manage your organization's community memberships

• Issue and track requests, invitations and offers to partners (for Growthware, quotations, collaboration opportunities, and so on)

• Create and maintain a comprehensive definition of the organization's operating environment (value chain/network, market segmentation model, value proposition portfolio, stakeholder model, critical success factors and required capabilities, and so on)
