The Mustangs finished the season strong with a 35-14 victory over Morton. The game opened with two electric punt return touchdowns, first by Will Mouser and then by Giovanni Vazquez. The team closed out the year on a three-game winning streak, finishing with a 5-4 record.
This season had its share of ups and downs, but the players showed steady growth, perseverance, and teamwork. The experience gained this year should be used as a building block toward future success. As we move forward, it’s important to continue developing the same work ethic and discipline that helped the team finish strong.
Good luck to all athletes competing in winter and spring sports, and for those not playing a sport, we expect to see you in the weight room staying committed to improvement. The foundation built this season will only grow stronger with continued effort and dedication.
