Audiology
Educational audiologists provide diagnostic evaluation information for students suspected of having a hearing disorder and offer services for the (re)habilitation of hearing disabilities. They also work with the school teams to plan intervention, formulate IEP goals and services, and fit and manage a variety of auditory-based equipment for students with hearing problems.
The staff audiologists Ohio teaching certificates, licensure through the Ohio Board of Speech Pathology and Audiology, and national certification through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
