Distance Runners Workouts

In the two weeks between winter and spring, distance runners should do the following:
Novice (1-2 yrs experience)
Each week: 3 x 30min, strides after 2 runs
1 x 45min, running uptempo for the last 5 mins
Veterans (3-4 yrs experience)
Each week: 3 x 30min, strides after 2 runs
1 x 45 min
1 x 60 min, running uptempo for the last 5 mins
