After Practice Meeting Recap

Great practice today, you guys really pushed yourself!

Just a few reminders for the people w/out lunch periods:

1. Make sure you eat during the day! We will send you home from practice if you didn't eat!

2. Don't eat something large right before practice. You will get sick!

3. Hydrate! Make sure you drink water all day long (do not chug it right before practice!)

Check with one of the Coaches any time you have a question!
