Interesting Susitna Dam opinion article

Some good points made in this article written by a professor from my home state of MT weighing in on the potential impacts of the Susitna Dam. However, I don't think he is aware that most salmon spawning and rearing in the Susitna Drainage occurs in clearwater tributaries that wouldn't be affected by the dam, unlike the rivers he is familiar with in the Lower 48.
