Successful presentation at the national AFS meeting and future work

My presentation of the findings of our rainbow trout research at the national meeting of the American Fisheries Society went smoothly, with a good turnout of scientists and some thoughtful questions posed.

As this research (and my Masters degree) nears completion, I am currently going through the process of submitting my thesis to the UAF graduate school. When this is finished, my coauthors and I will prepare the chapters of the thesis for peer-reviewed journal publication. When these articles are published, I will link to them on this website. Until then, check out some of our qualitative results from the research here!

I will also present the findings from the project at the New Zealand Freshwater Science Society conference in Wellington, NZ (23-26 November 2015). Why New Zealand?--I have begun a PhD project in freshwater ecology at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, NZ!
