We encourage all participants to give a 20-minute talk or to present a poster. Also, we strongly encourage female PhD students to present their research in the form of a contributed talk or a poster. We are committed to providing help with the organization of any particular arrangements regarding those participants with specific requests, for example participants having a disability or participants with children, such as arranging accommodation for them and their dependants within close proximity to the university.
