YFAW 2019 in Leeds

In 2019 the Young Functional Analysts' Workshop took place at the University of Leeds between 3^rd and 5^th April 2019.

The invited speakers for YFAW 2019 are:

Professor Garth Dales - Lancaster University

Title of the talk: "Biduals of Banach Algebras"

Dr Ben Sharp - University of Leeds

Title of the talk: "Spectral estimates on Schrödinger operators and applications to minimal surfaces"

Dr Derek Kitson - Lancaster University

Title of the talk: "Rigidity and flexibility of graphs"

We encourage all participants to give a 20-minute talk.

The workshop is supported by an LMS Postgraduate Research Conference grant (Scheme 8) and the School of Mathematics, at University of Leeds.
