YFAW 2011 in York

YFAW 2011 Has now taken place. See the write up for more information.

This year's Young Functional Analysts' Workshop will take place at the University of York between the 6th and 8th of April, 2011.

YFAW 2011 is an opportunity for PhD students and postdocs to meet and talk about current research in functional analysis, and where we can talk about our research in front of a sympathetic audience.

For the first time we have three invited speakers: Steve Power from Lancaster, Michael Dritschel from Newcastle, and Simon Eveson from York. See Program for tentative details.

This year we are supported by an LMS Scheme 8 grant, which means that participants will be able to claim for transport and accommodation. See Money for more information.

If you want to attend the meeting, please make sure you register.
