Registration

To register for this year's conference, please send an email to Tom Potts (tjp502 "at" york.ac.uk), with details of your name and institution.

As a conference for junior researchers, we strongly encourage everyone to give a talk or present a poster, remember, we're a very friendly and forgiving audience! If you would like to present a talk or poster, please let us know when you register.

A special note for those in their first year of their PhD: a workshop like this is an excellent time to get experience of giving a talk. You don't have to have any new results, you can give an introduction to your subject area and the specific areas you're studying or thinking about researching. Alternatively, why not create a poster on the topic you're studying?

The registration fee for the event is £20, but we're a non-profit conference, so any money we have left over will be used to fund participants' expenses. This year we are being supported by an LMS Scheme 8 grant, which is being provided so that participants can attend the conference without worrying about money for transport and accommodation. Funds are limited, however, so please contact me as soon as possible with an estimate of your costs so that they can be allocated.

When arriving at the workshop, please make sure that you give a copy of your receipts to me (Tom Potts) so that you can be reimbursed.
