CLASS Y-4 0-8-0

CLASS Y-4 consisted of sixteen, three-cylinder 0-8-0 switchers built by Schenectady, ten in 1924 and six in 1927, the latter designaterd Y-4-a. All were delivered with large tenders intended for road engines.

3605 was built in 1924 with a tender destined for a 4-8-2.

3615 was built in 1927, also with a tender to be exchanged with a cut-back tender from a road engine.

3607 was built in 1924 distiguished from the 1927 group by the location of the throttle.

3604, built in 1924, has had her headlight raised.
