Inventory and Engine - 9/24/2010

Before we could start the build, we had to go through the 41 page list of items that Factory Five sent along with Lola and make sure that every little bolt, screw, tube and aluminum panel that we were supposed to have was actually in our possession. There was a slight back-order list as well for parts that we knew we wouldn't receive until a later date. Every part was counted, every box was opened and everything was then stored away in our spare room until such time as it will be needed. Our cats thoroughly enjoyed the inventorying as it led to a lot of packing paper and supplies being thrown on the floor for them to jump and sleep on. On inventory day, Lola's engine was delivered.
