Demand 1: Tell the truth
Government must tell the truth by declaring a climate and ecological emergency, working with other institutions to communicate the urgency for change.

How can we go deeper in the sharing?
Tell the truth.?
Tell our judgments?
Empathy and the truth.
Grief and truth.
What has to happen before truth-telling and truth hearing are effective.
We need the capacity to express and hear
We need the empathic capacity for listening to happen.
Need vulnerable bravery to be able to express. They need a faith that they will be able to express and heard.
Fear holds in grief and fear.
Have faith in people.
The government to tell the truth.. Need a certain context. An empathic context. How about empathy circles with them.
What are some ways to be more expressive?
Truth as a felt experience. Naming our felt experiences.
How to even name the sensations in my body.
Tears seem to flow for me from the release of constriction.
Name a feeling in your body.
Often feel a numbness. A deeper pain, and anxiety is my core.
Scientific truths, carbon levels, heat, cold, oxygen levels.
And our felt experience related to life.
If their felt experience is denied they will fight and not listen to physical, scientific facts.
Everything has felt experience. The head, the bottling up has a felt experience.
Power of Empathic dialogue as a demand. - empathy circles with critics (policy exchange) and empathy circled government.
Social justice, the first demand some people think doesn’t address social justice.
Empathy for nature as a whole.
The problems are all intertwined.

I would like to be more emotionally expressive. It would have power for the listeners.
How to share one’s feelings better.
Feeling upset and How to share the upsetness
Where is the upset?
How to tap into the upset?
More difficult for men to express their feeling, in this culture.
It is so desperately sad where we are now.
XR needs to look at a broader set of truths.
Truth as a trueing.
