Empathy Circle for Bridging the XR US - XR America Divide

In an effort to address the conflict between XR US and XR America, the XR Empathy Circle Work Group will hold a SERIES of Restorative Empathy Circles between members of each group to dialogue together about the issue. We are inviting people from all sides to the Empathy Circle.
This is NOT an "official" mediation with 'official representatives' from different sides. It is just people with different points of view coming together to try to understand each other in a more constructive way. We hope official representatives from the chapters will eventually take part in an Empathy Circle.
A Restorative Empathy Circle has the intention of creating a regenerative culture of empathy. This means to nurture mutual listening, understanding, care, trust, support, and a constructive relationship going forward. For each person to be able to fully express themselves and feel heard and understood to their satisfaction. We use mutual empathic listening as the foundational way of nurturing this.
